The course summarizes the available evidence regarding the burden of disease associated with HPV infection in both women and men, the efficacy of HPV vaccines in different populations and at-risk groups, as well as the impact and effectiveness of routine HPV vaccination programs. It also reviews the evidence on the safety of these vaccines and addresses various aspects of vaccine hesitancy that will enable professionals to acquire knowledge and skills to address it in their routine practice.
